As my eyes open the dream that I long to be real disappears and the truth becomes apparent once more. The world is not what it once was in 2009, no it’s the year 3009 now and no one alive remembers what it was like to walk in the sun… no one except for them.
The year was 2011 when everything started to slip into darkness; sick of hiding in the shadows they kidnapped those of us who had advanced knowledge and used it against us all to create a machine that would mark the downfall of mankind… they blocked out the sun. Everything started to die, birds didn’t tweet, flowers wilted and the streetlights never turned off. Those of us who tried to fight were killed instantly and those of us who ran went underground and there we’ve stayed leaving God’s creation to be over run with them… The vampires...
